Hi there!
It's Friday, so it must be Friends with Flair over at Unity -- be sure to stop by and see what great deal they have in store today.
In the meantime, I have three whole cards to share! January is a busy birthday/anniversary month in our circle of family and friends, so I always try to get the whole month's worth of cards done right at the beginning so I don't panic later ;)
Three of this month's cards use fabulous Unity stamps. Here's #1:
A CAS anniversary card for some friends, using December's Kit of the Month, Filled with Love, paper-pieced simply with some love-y Sassafras papers. The oval shadow is from Amuse.
#2:
A birthday card for a college pal using the multi-butterfly stamp from Picture Perfect (which I finally picked up during one of the big Unity sales last month), as a background. The sentiment is an oldie from SU, ribbon from PTI, and a Martha butterfly punch.
#3:
Har. This one makes me chuckle. It's for my art-loving aunt, so I know she'll appreciate its quirkiness. I used the fabulous multi-frame stamp from Picture Perfect. How handy that there are just enough frames to spell out "birthday"! The "happy" is from PTI, and the letters are from all over the place.
I've finally started to edit the photos of the Big Fun Christmas Project (aka my first December Daily). When I have enough stamina, I'll finish them up and post 'em soon.
A quick note for local folks: Don't forget that Scrappy Chic has its Grand Re-Opening party tomorrow (Saturday 1/7) from 2-4! Plans include a Smash-style photobooth (like the first photo here), so you know it'll be a good time! :)
Until then, have a great day! It's sunny and shockingly warm here -- I should be outside!

All of these cards are fabulous. I like the CAS designs.
LOVE these CAS cards! I keep saying "I should be outside". 50 here in MN yesterday!
Gorgeous parade of cards, Angela!! Love all of them, esp the butterflies card. Great job!!
great card you can never too much love!
all wonderful cards! :)
Super line up for inspiration! Love them all!
Great cards, I especially love your cleverness in the happy birthday card, fantastic!
You have been busy. Cute cards.
Fabulous cards, Ang! I really like how you used the butterflies to make an entire background, and in orange nonetheless! ;)
Wow! I loved the first card, then I loved the second card, then I loved the third card! The paper-pieced jar looks perfect, I love all the butterflies, and I think spelling out "birthday" in those frames is brilliant.
Ooh, I planned to be all proactive too, and am currently almost late sending out my first card. You obviously did much better! So hard to pick a favorite...the shading and paper piecing on the first one is so much fun, but then so are all those butterflies, but then look at the amazing way you were able to find letters that fit into each frame on the second third one! So I will just say they are all my favorites.
3 cute cards!
These cards are all so wonderful! That jar couldn't be cuter, and how clever to spell BIRTHDAY in those fun frames. :)
Absolutely fantastic - all of them! Thanks for sharing!
All three cards are fabulous! I love the oval shadow under your love filled jar on the first one all that orange and those beautiful butterflies on the second by my favorite is definitely your quirky birthday card with those sweet frames.
Oh WOW, these are all amazing!
Love your clean and simple cards! Looking forward to the Grand Re-Opening on Saturday!
All three are great. I love the argyle hearts in the jar and the 'birthday' in the frames is very clever.
Love, love, love! All 3 are wonderful and unique!
